This statue is named as "The Winged Victory of Samothrace" (also called the Nike of Samothrace), and is a marble sculpture of Nike (the Greek goddess of victory).
It has inspired a statue designed by sculptor Yevgeny Vuchetich and structural engineer Nikolai Nikitin.
