JP Senani Samman Pension Scheme is a monthly pension scheme started by Bihar Government in 2009. The ones who are eligible under this scheme get a monthly pension of 10, 000 INR. Recently, Lalu Prasad Yadav has been declared eligible to get the monthly pension under this scheme. What is the most prominent eligibility criteria to get a monthly pension under this scheme?
